Personal Data

While using Our Service, We may ask You to provide Us with certain personally identifiable information. This includes:

• Email address— to create and manage Your Account, via our authentication provider.

To run an optimisation, You also provide the CV You upload, the job description You paste, and (optionally) a template and a photo. These may contain personal information, and We use them only to generate Your optimised CV.

Usage Data

Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service. For Us this means information such as the number of optimisations You run, timestamps, and processing/usage figures associated with Your Account.

Your optimisation results

The optimised CV We generate, the job description, Your match score, and any photo You added are saved to Your Account so You can view, edit and download them later. The original file You upload is used only to create Your result and is not kept afterwards.

Tracking Technologies and Cookies

We use Cookies to operate the Service. You can instruct Your browser to refuse all Cookies; however, if You do not accept Cookies, You may not be able to sign in or pay. We use only the following essential Cookies:

• Necessary / Essential Cookies (Session) — set by our authentication provider to authenticate You, keep You signed in, and secure Your session; and, during checkout, set by our payment provider to process Your payment. Without these, the Service cannot be provided.
• Cookie-consent choice— We store Your cookie-consent choice in Your browser's local storage so We don't ask again.

Use of Your Personal Data

The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:

• To provide and maintain our Service — including to run Your optimisations and manage Your credits.
• To manage Your Account — to manage Your registration as a user of the Service.
• For the performance of a contract — to process Your purchase of credits.
• To contact You — to respond to Your requests and send important service or security notices by email.
• To manage Your requests — to attend to and manage requests You make to Us.
• To comply with legal and accounting obligations.

We may share Your personal information in the following situations:

• With Service Providers — We share personal data with the service providers that help us run the Service (for example, hosting, authentication, and payment processing), only as needed to provide the Service.

Retention of Your Personal Data

Your optimisations (the optimised CV, the job description, Your match score, and any photo) stay in Your Account until You delete Your account, so You can return to them. The original file You upload is not kept after Your result is created. Account data is kept while Your account is active. When You delete Your account, We remove Your personal data and keep only the minimal transaction records required by law for accounting. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period, except where used to strengthen security or where We are legally obligated to retain it.

Transfer of Your Personal Data

Your information, including Personal Data, may be processed at locations outside Morocco where the parties involved in the processing are located. We take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that Your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy, and no transfer of Your Personal Data will take place unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of Your data.

Disclosure of Your Personal Data

Business Transactions

If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, Your Personal Data may be transferred. We will provide notice before Your Personal Data is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.

Our Service is intended for users aged 18 and over and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from anyone under 18. If You are a parent or guardian and You believe Your child has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us and We will take steps to remove that information.
