Refund Policy

Overview

Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued by Paddle on our instruction, back to your original payment method.

Credits

  • Unused credits may be refunded only if requested within 7 days of purchase.
  • Credits already used are non-refundable under all circumstances, because the service has already been provided. We accept no liability whatsoever in respect of used credits.

How to request a refund

Email support@optimisemycv.com with your account email and the purchase details, or contact Paddle directly using the receipt they emailed you. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Problems & errors

If you were charged in error or the service failed to deliver, contact us and we will make it right.

Chargebacks

Please contact us first — we can usually resolve issues faster than a bank dispute.
